Refund policy

At Current Ride Decals, every order is made and packaged with care. Please review our policy below before placing an order.

Returns

Due to the custom nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless your order arrives damaged or there is an error on our end.

Lost Packages

If your package is confirmed lost in transit by the shipping carrier, we will gladly send you a replacement at no additional cost.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.

If an incorrect or incomplete address is entered and the order has already been shipped, we are unable to offer a refund or free replacement. If the package is returned to us by the carrier, we can reship the order once the customer pays the new shipping cost.

Delivered but Not Received

If your tracking shows “Delivered” but you cannot locate your package, please:

  • Check around your delivery location.
  • Ask household members or neighbors if they accepted the package.
  • Contact your local post office.

If the package still cannot be located, please contact us. We will review each situation individually and do our best to help.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue. We will make it right as quickly as possible.
